A more unique bookstore you will not find in the Wheeling area! Used to be one of my grandmother's favorite stops in the Center Market area.

Great prices and a variety of different books. You can get anything here. I've found Russell and Chomsky to name a few. Again, the prices are what you should expect from a used bookstore.

I am new in town and wanted to check it out with family. I found a good 7 books. The books aren't organized by author, just genre. The prices are good for what you get. Would recommend to anyone!

My favorite all time used book store. Tom is super friendly and very helpful. Very affordable prices on books. I have even found books I never thought I'd find. Pretty decent sized rare book section. Conveniently located at the always busy Center Market. Grab a Coleman's Fish sandwich, and head over to the bookstore. I could spend a whole day browsing the titles.

I love this place! I used to visit a lot as a teen and like to stop in whenever I'm in Wheeling. The owner is incredible and vibe is wonderful, and you will love it. So do yourself a favor if you're in Wheeling set aside time to stop at the Paradox!

I had an excellent time when I visited Paradox Bookstore while on vacation from Florida. I’m so glad I was able to support a wonderful business and the owner of the bookstore was incredibly nice. She even played a game with my toddler while I looked around. I highly recommend!
